Sweating is one of the ways our bodies get rid of toxins.
The pore in our armpits get clogged up when using most deodorants and anti-antiperspirants. We need to clear the pores and open the pathways to excrete toxins like heavy metals mercury, arsenic, cadmium, lead, endocrine disrupters, like BPA, and forever chemicals like perfluorinated compounds through our sweat.

You need

  • 1 tablespoon paraben-free Bentonite clay
  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
  • Small glass bowl – NOT Metal Bentonite reacts to metal
  • a plastic spoon – NOT Metal Bentonite reacts to metal

How to make it

  • Mix ingredients in a glass bowl to form a past – it needs to be a spreadable consistency, so if needed ad a little bit of water.

How to use it

  • Use the back of a plastic spoon or fingers to spread the mixture on your armpits.
  • Leave it for about 10 min
  • Rinse off by taking a shower/bath or wash it off with a washcloth
